Question: Can the general public purchase from your company and do you offer discounts?

Answer:

Yes. Our primary customer is the homeowner and we are happy to help. Each manufacturer comes with a discount and they range from 25-40% off retail pricing.

Question: What is the most important quality your company can offer me?

Answer:

Customer service. We want you to walk away after working with us ready to refer our staff and store to all your family and friends. We aren’t happy unless you are happy.

Question: What types of plumbing supplies do you sell?

Answer:

We are a retail store and carry all fixtures and faucets for your kitchen or bathroom. We also have a very knowledgeable heating staff to help with all your heating needs.

Question: Do you carry the brands I’ve heard of like Grohe, Moen, Delta or Kohler?

Answer:

We carry the repair parts for these lines and many others at our extensive parts department, however we don’t sell the fixtures and faucets from these lines.

Question: Can you help us pick out the faucet or fixture that would best suit our needs?

Answer:

Absolutely. Our staff is fully trained on all our product lines and can help you find what are looking for and make sure that you are ordering everything you need for complete installation.

Question: Do I need to make an appointment for the showroom?

Answer:

Our showrooms are open for business. If you are building or remodeling an entire house, it can be helpful to call ahead and set up a time with one of our showroom sales staff so that your project can get the time and attention it deserves.

Question: What if Im looking for something unusual like a 1900′s original claw foot bath tub or I already have a claw foot tub that I want to turn into a stand-up shower, can you help me?

Answer:

Absolutely! We have Denver’s original Antique Plumbing Showroom. We carry everything for a turn of the century to a circa 1970′s bathroom. We also refurbish original cast iron fixtures. You have to come check out our treasures, you never know what you will find.

Question: What type of heating equipment can I purchase at your store?

Answer:

We specialize and sell equipment and repair parts for hot water and forced air heat.

Question: Do you sell water heaters?

Answer:

We carry instant hot water heaters. We no longer carry regular hot water heaters.

Question: Do you have used and surplus plumbing too?

Answer:

Yes. We have an acre of used and surplus items that have been salvaged over many years.

Question: What is your return policy?

Answer:

Well, we like to think if we have done our job right you won’t need to return anything. But, if an item needs to be returned our policy is as follows:

30 day return from date of invoice

Special order items are subjected to manufacturers return policy. If a manufacturer agrees to accept the return of an item it will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.

In stock items are accepted for return subject to manager approval.

Surplus, damaged, used, display clearance items are non-returnable.
